Oooohhhhh i luv this chicken sandwich it's so good I got fries with it but it didn't have that lil sprinkle stuff on it... oh I like that sprinkle stuff lol

Placed an order online on the app after about 30 minutes for the notification that the order was READY. Drove the 2 minutes to the restaurant and the order was in fact NOT READY! Had to wait an additional 10 minutes waiting for them to put the order together and when I said the app said it was ready the worker said "yeah it's cuz we had chickens" whatever that means. While waiting noticed there were 3 orders on the screen that were marked as complete, one being mine, that obviously were not. Not sure the point of having the pick up station when it's never used when I place a mobile order. On top of all that there was a girl in the back with her hair well past her waist not covered touching all over the food areas.

The food was terrible. Wasn’t nothing good, but the drink and biscuit. The chicken was not hot and one piece was not done. The chicken did not even have that KFC taste that flavor. The potato wedges were recooked were not fresh at all. I will not be returning

Looked online for the menu and prices and bf went inside and placed order and paid based on what’s online and suddenly after paying was told they have to refund the card because they can’t sell what’s online just what’s in their board- then why advertise for pick up or delivery?!! So she swiped again for “refund” that’s still not showing hrs later and then charged for completely different stuff even though they have 6 peace’s and 6 strips and sides they wouldn’t sell it to us but sold 8 peaces and Cole slaw and potatoes w gravy and Mac and cheese yet the bag didn’t have the gravy they put a small potato’s and gravy in the bag! So again NO gravy!!! So disrespectful and didn’t get the order right at all!! Service really sucks and employees need training!!!

Customer service was fine. It just seems like the quality and menu options go down over time.
