KFC

Placed an online order and apparently they did not have any biscuits so they gave us slider buns as a replacement. The sides were not family sides I have pictures. My chicken was crispy vs original; I called and the young lady advised the manager would tell me the same thing. Vs calling your customer and informing them you don’t have what they ordered. Just overall a horrible experience and it had been at least 5 years since I’ve been to this location due to the decline in service. We won’t be back to this one for another few years due to this if they’re still in business $40 gone and a lesson learned visit another location

They were out of food at 7PM; the young lady said “we ain’t got nothing” when asked if they could take another order. My daughter placed an online order and had to wait for an hour plus for her order of $55 for 12 tenders meal and 12 hot and spicy wings. The biscuits were old, Mac was cold; workers attitudes were HORRIBLE! If traveling through here you make want to stop somewhere else as this place is not worth anyone’s hard earned money. They probably will end up out of business if they don’t find better workers

They were extremely rude. Took 30 minutes for them to take my order. I get it, things happen that make it take longer, But they didnt bother to tell me what was going on or apologize after. Ordered a large number 12 and they didnt put pickles, and gave me a small cup and small fries. My dad ordered the same thing but with potato wedges. He got a small pickle-less 12 with fries. No wedges. Both my brother also ordered the same thing, and again. No pickles, small, only fries no wedges. If I could rate negative stars I would

Ordered 20 piece wings, and 2 biscuits. The chicken was burnt and they had so much hot sauce on them, it literally was like drinking straight from the bottle

Ordered our food, then the two behind us got theirs before we did. Got a large side and they are only half filled. Service at this KFC is terrible! If this was the first time, I wouldn’t bug so much but last two times was just as terrible. Take way too long to get the food, order isn’t accurate and then get bad service.
