Krystal

Krystal is sort of like the southern version of White Castle. The burgers are small and square, and their serves with grilled onions and pickle. Krystal also puts mustard on them so if you don’t like mustard on the burgers, ask for them to leave the mustard off. They’re not quite as greasy as white castles and not quite as flavorful, but they’re still very good.

We have been to various Krystal's in different states before, but this one was one of the worst experiences: - The floors were dirty and sticky. Literally dirt laying around. - The women's restroom had no toilet paper and it was just dirty. - It was not very busy, but it took 20min to get the shakes and two sliders - When we finally got the shakes, (the woman at the register has to make them a well), they were overflowing and the woman desperately tried to clean the cup with about 50 napkins, after she poured some out and soiled some more. Once we received the shakes, they were still sticky all over and our kids did not even finish them because they were just plain and tasteless. Stopped for food after a very long drive and our cashier was the sweetest human ever. She was so helpful and our food was so hot and fresh. She's a true 💎

First time having Krystal’s. The people messed up my order but when I came back in, they didn’t hesitate to fix it, nor did they complain. They simply just made a new order and handed it to me. The people were so polite. Especially the lady in the red shirt with the bun.

I wanted to try this place since we don't have one from where I'm from and oh my gosh was it disgusting. I have never seen a burger that is mush on both sides of the bread. The food looked questionable and I was scared to eat it. And the place was dirty. The food wasn't good, at all and I can honestly say I'd never got to another Krystal restaurant. The apple pie tasted like medicine and the sprite was just awful. No clue how that was messed up.
