KFC

Haven't had since before C-19. Saw a commercial and yum. But for 42 for 2 adults and a kid... my stuff better be there and not the size of a dime. Kids meals chicken nugs were smaller than a quarter and dime sized. My biscuit, which is basically the quintessential staple of KFC was missing. I will not go back.

The staff there are extremely unprofessional they literally got the entire order wrong for not just me, but my neighbor who went to go and pick up both orders then when they finally brought their order out after a half hour of waiting, they didn’t even give them receipts. I went to call and nobody answered. It just continued to ring. I will never ever buy anything from KFC again and I will spread the word all over town don’t waste your money at KFC. KFC was better when it was on 10th Ave.

Just ordered drive thru. They put ice in the drinks when asked not to. They did correct that. got home with my order. Ordered 2 pot pies, got 2 famous bowls. Ordered 16 piece dark meat original, got 16 piece white meat and dark meat. They also failed to give a receipt so I can't go back and prove anything. Harold, your employees don't care.

For $40 This is by far the worst meal I have had in a long time. These guys just don’t get it. Quality reflects attitude, attitude, reflects leadership in the store. the food sucks because the leadership sucks it all trickles down. From somebody who’s worked five years in the food industry, trust me, I know. I worked for Taco Bell in New Jersey. Out there, people really don’t play. And believe me! if these guys ran a store down there, The way they do here, they would get shut down. this kind of food is designed to cause good feelings in the brain. hence the term (comfort food) if you’re not providing comfort to my brain AKA (dopamine) you failed As a restaurant. An unwritten part of my job in New Jersey was to provide my GM with the guidance she needed to make good decisions

We wanted to treat ourselves at KFC before going back to Alberta. I was asking the cashier what would she recommend for 4 persons but she didn't say anything. So I decided to get the family meal of 8 pcs. chicken with 2 sides. The chicken is not crispy at all but was salty and the french fries as well. I went to the men's washroom and I think the urinal needs to be replaced.
