Shirliana the Manager has exceptional customer service and is all about making sure her customers are satisfied. I highly recommend this KFC and will definitely be coming back for our family dinners. GREAT JOB KFC FOR GETTING A MANAGER THAT CARES ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS!!!
Bathrooms were gross restaurant was gross and twice as slow as your normal kfc experience. Health department should probably stop by. Biscuit was also completely raw. Against my better judgment I was eating inside while typing this
Our KFC has been horrible for years and I will admit it has gotten a little better but it is still extremely slow, when I did DoorDash I wouldn't be waiting a half hour in the store sometimes. God forbid you order something on the app to eat in the store and when you get there you order an extra side and then you have to wait 20 minutes for that one side. The employees are more friendly and reasonable than they used to be but I feel the food quality has went down and the store procedures cause delays and food of lower quality.
DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY! Do not recommend this place! It was filthy(dining area and back where they work) unfriendly workers, can only order from a kiosk and waited a half hour for food THAT WAS STILL WRONG!!! Food was good though so... they at least have that going for it. We will not be back!
I haven't ever really eaten here so I decided to order some food on the app and was really looking forward to it because I hadn't eaten yet today. I ordered for pick up and when I got there I saw my order on the rack so I grabbed it (even though the app said it wasn't ready yet). When I grabbed it the entire bag felt greasy and I get it: fast food is greasy but it was double bagged so that is already concerning. Anyway I take it to my car and open the greasy bag up and after looking inside I noticed that the sauces I ordered were not in there so I thought that maybe they put them in my box but nope they were no where to be found so I went inside and told the guy at the counter that I had ordered sauce and never got it so he asked what sauces I ordered and grabbed some of them.
