Extremely long wait to just order with only 2 other people in the restaurant. Paid $4.99 for half a full size container of mashed potatoes x2, biscuits smashed flat. All for $50+

The food quality is pretty bad. The chicken is always soft or has an old taste. I wasn't able to eat my order today due to the horrible taste.

The employee staff were friendly and courteous to me and my elderly mother. They accommodated both of our disability needs professionally to the best of there abilities. We dined in around mid afternoon and the food was prepared and served with great taste. Very good food preperation and taste.

Staff ignored a mobile order, so the "ready" time was missed, and then I had to wait for them to find the order on the screen, and make it all (I don't mind waiting, but they weren't very busy and if I'm told it's gonna be ready, it's a little annoying to see the order isn't even started). They seemed very confused about what to do with a pickup order when I arrived. It eventually got made.. but apparently no matter how many times one guy said "We need a Double Down", the kitchen couldn't accomplish 2 pieces of chicken with cheese and bacon. Instead I got 1.5 chicken tenders, some bacon and cheese, a bunch of pickles and mayo, on a bun. Or partly on a bun, anyway. When you’re too lazy to cook potato wedges, you need to find a new job. And what ever manager is over this establishment at night should have a stern taking to or be fired. Every time we order from here there is something yall don’t wanna cook. Do better, please. Ruining the kfc franchise one awful manager and cook at a time.
