KFC

Every single time I get food from this KFC, there is always at least one thing missing. Drinks, sauces, nuggets, entire meals, they can never get an entire order right and it's extremely frustrating. Would recommend going somewhere else if you want all of the food you pay for, otherwise just expect to pay for more than you actually will get. Extremely disappointing.

Did not get the correct amount of sauces. When I explicitly tell you how many sauces I need and then you either reduce or omit them completely that’s bad service. Do better.

Pleasant and polite cashier. Took our order accurately. Food was ready within a short while after order.

Took my family here for lunch today at 1pm. After we were gathered to leave witnessed a mouse run across the floor!!!!! Was so disturbed could barely figure out how to open the door to leave. Told my husband to go get a refund but he had just ate a ton of food and wanted to puke so we left. Will never be back. If mice are running around broad daylight don't want to know what happens in the back. Bathrooms were also gross but now that I know they have mice I'm not surprised.

got chicken wings - i was expecting then to be plain with dipping sauce on the side but they were slathered with the sauce - a horrible mess trying to eat them - and they had NO WET WIPES to clean up with - only regular napkins - could have been better
