While I was there I saw multiple people that had their hair not pulled back,I saw people touching their crotch area, and a young woman that had purple hair while having gloves on touched her hair, she also had cut her shirt so it was very revealing of her chest. This place also had a lot of dirt on the floors the bathrooms weren’t clean, and I saw black mold on the walls. This place deserves to be shut down! Went through the drive through. They still have not fixed the speaker system so you can barely understand the person on the speaker. My daughter ordered a tenders box with potato and gravy, the employee asked if she wanted to add Cole slaw, she said sure. We got home and she opened her box to find a coleslaw, which was an added charge, her tenders and a biscuit. No potatoes and gravy, which is what she actually ordered with that box and what she really wanted. Its so disappointing with the high costs of things now when you dont get everything you order. This place is really on a downward trend and if they dont fix things soon could be the next place shut down in Ellsworth.

I was appalled by the state of the state of this establishment. While the employee who served us was polite, kind, and energetic, it was evident that the store's overall management is lacking. The food preparation area appeared unorganized, with visible trash on the ground and surfaces that clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. While the food itself tasted fine, I’m concerned about how it was prepared given the unsanitary conditions I observed. Additionally, the box that my food was served in appeared to have been previously used, which is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. I’ve included photos in this review to highlight these issues. I hope that the corporate team addresses these problems and provides better support and training to ensure a cleaner and more pleasant experience

DON’T EAT HERE, FOOD HAS MOLD! Seeing that this KFC is currently standing at a respectable 2.7/5, I’m sure my negative review doesn’t matter anyhow, but I figured I’d share just because this is legitimately a matter to your health. I went to this KFC last night (March 13, 2025) around 7PM and ordered my usual: 2 chicken littles combo and a beef chalupa supreme. Upon opening the bag, I realized they forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy, no big deal, it happens. I ate my chalupa and moved on to my chicken littles. I ate about half of the first one when I turned it over and noticed there was mold on the bun. I ate mold. I ordered the 4 piece xtra crispy. Usually my favorite but I was very disappointed at this location. The oil needs to be changed and the chicken was extremely overcooked. Usually the best part is the crispy skin but it had a burnt taste.
