Don’t come in after 3pm service is horrible and slowwwwwwww. Waited over 30 minutes for a door dash….. hate coming in when they are working, takes foreverrrrr and slow as molasses. Pls find better employees

Ordered extra crispy and willing to wait. Watched 3 other people get their food. Handed our chicken to a drive thru customer. No apologies. Nothing. Manager doesn’t seem to care much about anything. Shuffling their feet. It’s clear no one is concerned with much of anything. Disconnected and confused. Will not return.

Never make a mobile order from here. I would give this place zero if that was an option. They said they would bring out my food and told me to park. I did that. Waited for 40 mins to just find my food inside cold and soggy. Workers were just on their phone chilling.

Stood and waited for 35 minutes for an online order which I had ordered 45 minutes prior. 3 other people were dealing with the same issue. Staff was combative and insulting to all customers. Blaming the problem on app saying the readiness issue was not her problem or fault. This seems to be a common issue at this location. Drive thru said their people took priority over online customers

Ordered my food online and still had to wait in the store another 30 minutes! Had 4 people come in and order inside behind me and get their food before they even got mine ready!! And the one of the employees got rude with me because I was upset for waiting AN HOUR for my food!
