2/22/26 I ordered delivery and my order was 3 piece chicken Combo which included 2 breast and 1 wing. The wing was very tiny. So tiny there wasn't any meat to it. My side was coleslaw and they forgot it. No butter for biscuit. I ordered the 10 count pie Poppers and only received 7 pieces. Lots of poor quality that shouldn't have happened if they would do their job right. Whatever happened to quality check? The chicken breast were good and the pie Poppers were good. This place is a hit & miss on good service.

I ordered delivery. Got a 2 person meal deal. The only thing that was good was one sandwich. The other sandwich was spicy. The potato wedges were cold and leathery, the 4 piece chicken strip was more like nuggets because they were so small. I called and they took my name and told me I had 3 days to pick them up and then hung up. So I have to go in to fix what they did wrong on a delivery order.

Came in today and was very satisfied. Crystal took our order and was very helpful. Michael is a very hard worker and dedicated to his job. Lexi and Jacklyn made the experience better by joking around with us and helping make sure we got what we needed. Definitely will come back if they are working

I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal at 3:45. I know that’s not a typical time to get dinner but you should always have fresh food coming out at regular intervals. I ate one bite of chicken and could tell it wasn’t fresh in the slightest. It was chewy and lukewarm. The potato wedges were so chewy/old they got stuck in my teeth. The biscuit was delicious, but that was the only part of the meal I could eat.

I have a two on service because even though there's almost always a problem, they usually fix it satisfactorily. This time though, I had three online orders to pick up. A worker came to window very accusatory and said door dash had picked up order already. It took quite a bit for manager to finally come over and give other two orders and ask me to pull up and wait for the other order. Fine. Well the wings are old and stale looking, and no ranch is asked for. I went in for ranch, they don't have anything done and now it's been over 10. Ok. It took 14 minutes. I'm done going here for a while at least.
