Food is hit and miss. My experience today was awful. Food felt like it was cooked in old grease. Service was terrible. And overpriced for lackluster quality. This place is popular because old folks dont have many places to go eat good chicken after church.

If I could have given no starts I would have. This is the worst kitchen I’ve ever had. The mash potatoes wasn’t potatoes it was white gravy. The yellow stuff with peppers and spicy was not Mac and cheese. It was a cheese sauce there wasn’t any macaroni to be found in this. Your chicken wasn’t real chicken it was bits and pieces of whatever they put together and pressed it and they are selling it as chicken. It was absolutely disgusting. and people eat this stuff thinking it was chicken.i will never eat this mess ever again.the people that eat this mess don’t know any better. You need to start making the real mash potatoes and real Mac and cheese and real chicken instead of processed meat. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Mac n Cheese was HORRIBLE! Nice clean store. Employees were a bit rude. But hey the franchise owner probably pays terrible so I get it.

Ordered online for pickup in Dallas, NC. Terrible food and experience. We have had too many bad experiences with this place. Our order included large potato wedges, and when I got to the car I noticed they weren't in the bag. Had to go back in and request them. The wedges were very old and hard. Most were inedible. The chicken tenders were cold, tough, and chewy. It all tasted old and had an aftertaste of rancid oil. Not worth the price.

Let me say I love KFC but today my husband brought home two $5 fill ups that were Thigh and leg and mashed potatoes. Notice when I first opened that the breading was very light a gooey. Took off top layer of thigh and it was pink and running inside. Leg was same. Microwaved for two minutes so I could eat some of if. Wasn’t driving back to store. Also mashed potatoes tasted like the plastic they were in. Nasty. Microwaved everything again till red was gone and fed to the dogs. Tried calling so they can make sure future batches were cooked but no one answered. I didn’t want anyone to get sick. I was lucky he brought it home so I was able to microwave it. I will keep trying to call bc I have never gotten this kind of service from them. Someone needs additional training there!!
