KFC

Waited almost an hour just now for my food when they should have food already out and served. I understand why they overcharge us because of the waiting time kind of sad screwed up our order and along with that didn’t give me no chicken for my famous bowl. Mind as well put in an order since they take an hr preparing and stuff was there at 7:12 and just now left the drive through. That’s very sad. I know people that would love to work.

I'm so done with kfc! In Arizona anyways you guys are the worst. You're only redeeming quality was bringing back honey bbq chicken and now it's gone again. I drove 25 miles round trip this morning to find out they no longer have it. They closed the kfc in Prescott Valley AND Prescott. I was able to enjoy it ONCE! You guys might not care but you've lost my family as customers!

That was the worst I have ever got from Kentucky ever. Cost 35.00 for watery potatoes, white macaroni and cheese, biscuits, and gravy. The chicken was almost burnt and one of the legs looked like it came from a pigeon. Won't do that again, unless I check it first!

What a waste of money and time stopped here after the wifes surgery. Waited 20 minutes for cold old food when brought to there attention nobody cared to even try to make it right. This establishment is filled with employees that don't even want to work I personally would fire them all before they cost you this location

Stopped tonight to get my family some chicken strips got the 12 pc meal cost $48.00 I live 14 miles out got home and there was only 4 strips in the box. I drove back and told her we only got 4 pieces. She acted like I was lying. Truly why would I drive back for 8 strips. This happens so much and in a hurry you just hope someone does their job. I did not get the strips because I didn’t bring the food back I ended up stopping at McDonald’s to get a couple cheeseburgers kind of done with this place. Just stop and look at your food before you leave they really don’t care if you don’t get the right food. This stinks I really like KFC just not this one.
