KFC

We had to wait an extra 15 minutes after the app said it was ready, i assume it was because we ordered wings. I ordered a 2 piece meal and took home to eat. Like most of us, I know fried chicken, and if you have any self respect at ALL, do not put this crap in your body. When I would rather have grocery store chicken over a place that only cooks chicken, that is a problem. My wife ate 4 of the 20 wings, I ate the leg from my 2 piece. Call me a snob if you want, but Never again.

They messed up my wife's order and she didn't check it until she got home 20 miles away. Now nobody will answer the phone. I know she should have checked the order before she left, but it was late and she was tired. To bad the employees are to inept to accomplish the simplest tasks.

I ordered the 10.00 bucket of fried chicken, I wanted extra crispy, when I got to the window they told me they were out of the crispy and tried to get me to take the original, I ask how long for the crispy, they said 25 minutes I said I would wait, once again they tried to give me the original. So when the bucket comes out I go home, open it up and the absolute most soggy, greasy chicken I've ever received. When I was getting it out of the bucket the breading was falling off and the bottom of the bucket was full of grease. So I decided that I would call KFC back and speak with the manager about this, the manager got on the phone I told her everything and she said ok and hung up. So beware of the food and the customer service sucks. But they're glad to take your money

THIS PLACE ACTUALLY...is doing a fine Job, being the double Customers now that Popeyes has Closed their doors. PEYTON is a great leader and should be training the others, but overall they're doing a good job!

This KFC is largely improved over the last. However be prepared to wait. Online order is hit or miss yet, but let's hope it's improved. It's a very clean kfc (as it should be it just opened). It's the same product they have at all of them so tou already know what to expect.
