KFC

I came here on 12/4/20 around 7:30pm. I’m from Nc. I was in the area for work travel. Since I’m doing keto, my fast food options are limited. I had bunless burgers earlier in the day for lunch and I needed something else before hitting the road. I checked out this location online to see if they sold grilled chicken (apparently not all locations do). THEY DID! I was oh so happy!!! The KFC by my Job in NC doesn’t 😞 Anyway, I went inside to order. I got the 3 piece meal with green beans as my side. Diet Pepsi’ was my drink and I asked them to hold the biscuit. They ran out of drums, so I ended up getting 3 thighs and a breast. When I say that was the best grilled chicken I had from a fast food place, km not even lying!! This is a poor establishment when it comes to employees, some if these people stand there and look at you knowing you need something. Management needs to re-evaluate the employees during the day as well. This establishment needs better management in the evenings, Some of the employees are very non-chalant as if they do not want to be there. I would not recommend.

All of the staff were so nice. Food was hot and fresh!

Whoever packed my two piece white meat box needs a big smack on the back of their head for actually putting the world's smallest wing as my second piece of chicken!!! The rest of my food was normal and delicious but I am so appalled that a person would be so unaware of something so obvious!

Food was cooked with old oil and was hard as a brick. Service was terrible.
