KFC

The location of this KFC is on the Ford road in Canton, close to IKEA. Visited the place with the family to get some takeaway dinner. We wanted to check the variety of food they have so we went inside to make our orders. You order from a screen menu inside and do the payment. You then wait for your name to be called when your order is ready. We ordered for some fries 🍟, chicken drumstick 🍗 both original and crispy, some chicken nuggets, soda 🥤 and biscuits. They also have a free parking lot and wash rooms in case you might need it 🥰. We really enjoyed it when we got home 😍. By the way, the road entrance from the main road to the place is very tricky so you might have to watch carefully otherwise you gonna miss it to the next junction which leads to another place ✌🏻.

If minus zero was a rating that is what I would give. The staff is RUDE RUDE RUDE! The order was completely wrong and they refused to fix it. We ordered through the app where it allows you to choose your pieces. According to the manager, who refused to give me her name, they can't control what the app allows us to do. We get what we get. The chicken was old even though it was ordered 20 min after they opened and it was cold. It looked like chicken from the night before that was microwaved and boxed up for the early lunch folks. This location needs to be SHUT down or needs an all new staff. KFC will NEVER see me again I can't believe I paid $15 for some nasty chicken that made me throw up!! Go next door to Popeyes where they care about their food and their customers.

I swear if I could give this place zero stars, I would. matter fact I wish I could give them -10 stars. if your website says you close at 11, close at 11, not 9 o’clock, not 8 o’clock, not 10 o’clock, if you’re gonna do that, change the hours on google. also closing the front doors because you don’t wanna deal with customers on the inside is poor customer service, and it’s nothing but a bunch of rude people that work here. If you don’t wanna be in customer service, go select a different career, it’s not my fault you work at KFC and hate your life. also another thing, where on your website does it state that after a certain time you only accept online orders? If you’re gonna do that make that known on the app or on the website. making customers wait at the speaker for 5-10+ minutes without

This is the worst KFC. The one in Westland has way superior quality. When the bbq Wings came back they were soggy here. Always fresh in Westland. Today I had to go to this canton location since my daughter is in school in canton . You can’t tap your card in the drive thru. I go in to tap. I hear them Talking about tomatoes. I get in the car lo and behold my two twisters didn’t have the Tomato’s . Y’all really made me get out of my car to walk in for an incorrect order. If my baby didn’t need to get back to school I would have returned them.
