Our two chicken sandwiches went prepared properly and both taste like they were made last week. The toughest chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The potato “wedges” also taste like they were cooked days ago. I would highly recommend going to and of the other chicken places in town.

I added a biscuit to my order and part of it was missing. How do you put a biscuit In an in a sleeve and not see that it’s not all there? It did not come with the meal so I paid for it although I don’t know how much because I did not get a receipt. Girl at the window was not friendly and obviously considering the biscuit, she wasn’t paying attention to the food that she was serving either

Came in for lunch, expecting to have the buffet. The buffet was closed. Fine, we'll figure something else out to get off the menu. I asked about when the buffet was open. I was told it has been closed since COVID, which is not true. We got our food (a bucket of chicken and some sides, for all of us to share). Sat down at a table. There were no plates, napkins, plastic ware, salt and pepper given to us inside nor outside of our bag. So we had to go back up there and get these items. I've always enjoyed KFC, but dang!! It just stinks seeing things you enjoy go down hill! Come on management, do better! Make Cabot KFC Great Again.

Only fountian drinks available or water, so drink selection is limited. Hot boxes have error codes flashing. No one paying attention to counter.

I tried to go through the drive thru. I wanted an 8pc meal. They were completely out of white meat. I ordered a 12pc strip meal. They were completely out of baked beans. I ordered mashed potatoes n gravy x3 for the sides. At the window I saw them put a tray of fresh chicken in the warming box. I flagged down a worker and changed my order to 12pc chicken meal instead of a strip meal. $41! ...I was told to pull up and they would bring me out my meal. 20 minutes later, I went in to ask where my food was. The warming box was full... I could see it... and there were 3 employees griping about how someone didnt show up. They did not even realize a customer was at the counter. I asked for a refund. They asked for a reason... if they're too dumb to know the reason, you need to fire them all. I went
