Starbucks Coffee Company

My family and I are at this Starbucks on a weekly basis! We absolutely love the Staff and the atmosphere of this Cafe! We always feel at home being greeted with a smile and a warm Hello from all the staff! If you are looking for a great cup of coffee or even a bite to eat go pay a visit to. Makayla, Delilah, Hayley, Anna, Zoe, Brad, Ellis, Patrick, and Stacie! I’m sure I missed some of the amazing staff that greet us every time we go in there! We love them all and there amazing service!

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was super clean and well-organized. My drink came out perfectly — just the right temperature and exactly how I ordered it. A big shoutout to Stacy, who was working behind the counter when I came in. She was so kind, patient, and upbeat, even though it was a busy time of day. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and even made a great recommendation for my next visit. Thanks again, Stacy, for the awesome service! It really made my day.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and welcoming. The baristas greeted me with genuine smiles and took the time to make sure my order was perfect. My drink was crafted beautifully — the espresso was smooth, the milk perfectly steamed, and everything tasted fresh and balanced. What really stood out was the level of service. The team worked seamlessly during a busy rush, yet they still made each customer feel valued. I also appreciated how tidy the café was — tables were wiped down quickly, and the condiment bar was spotless. It’s clear the staff take pride in their work and truly care about the customer experience.

I've never had an experience like I did it Bill Foster this morning. I always ask for my drinks to be warm. I grabbed the cup with no sleeve and it was hot and I asked the person making my next cup to make sure it was warm. They rudely told me that it was 145 ° warm and that if I wanted it cooler that I should ask for child temp. It made me feel some sort of way and had I not already paid I would have walked out. It happened this morning on 11/21. And the barista had her hair pulled back in a ponytail with probably light brown shoulder length hair and I do believe that she was wearing glasses. I was meeting my mom there to enjoy a cup of coffee before I return to work. Some people do not belong in customer service positions. I will probably not visit this location again.

I'm familiar with Starbucks...as most of us are by now. Typical experience every time. But this location...something hits different. The staff is genuinely friendly, not pompous. The food is fresh and doesn't look like it sat there for a couple of shifts. It's also super clean, like someone there has a compulsive knack for cleanliness. Maybe that's why the coffee even tastes better here at this shop. My thanks to the amazing crew and management there. (I met Mikayla...super nice!!) Keep up the great work!
