0/0 ⭐️ We wanted to get KFC on the way home from out of town and I’ve stopped here a few times but today (03/01/26) around 5:30pm it was horrible. Gross looking inside. The welcome rug or whatever with holes in it was on the hand rails that lead to the ordering area. We were told one moment which is fine. 5 minutes and we are greeted with “what yall want”. I asked how much the 12 piece family meal was and she said we just sold our last chicken it will be 20 minutes. I said I would wait and how much then she walked to the back to tell them to drop them walks back up and asked what did we want again. I said I just wanted to know the price. She told me so I went with the $20 box and she said all our chicken is frozen and we won’t have any. That we couldn’t order certain kinds of chicken but s

I ordered the Nashville Hot wings and while the wings seemed fresh they tasted bitter, like old oil. Maybe it was the taste of the Nashville hot sauce, but I've seen other reviews obout it being to salty or not tasting right. Either way they were not good. The sides were good and they included extra condiments.

I have eaten here a lot! Typically, the food is great! This time, not at all. The chicken was overcooked in old oil. The Cole slaw tasted a bit sour, old. The employee was very sweet. IK it’s a sucky fast food job, but if you’re going to do a job, give it your all.

Paid before being told they were out of fries, offered wedges instead.. no problem. Asked for a replacement for the sour tea we were served and lady at the window got a nasty attitude over it. Get home only to find the wedges are stale, cold and inedible. Chicken littles have no pickles, drowning in mayo and tenders are hard and rubbery as if they’ve been sitting for hours. This was our first and last visit to this location. Food is garbage and so is the customer service

Chicken extremely salty! So apparently they ran out of the flour KFC uses, went out bought flour from the store. Tried to recreate the recipe and failed horribly. Chicken look old and salty. Paid $11 only received $6 for a refund from support.
