KFC

Me and my mother-in-law went through the drive-thru and we order a three-piece combo baked chicken we were told it was a 20-minute wait we pay for our food Park Round front and waited 50 minutes no one ever showed up I walked on the inside to to see what was going on I was told that they forgot about us and they only had three legs of baked chicken left. Which we wanted a leg or wing and a breast that was so unprofessional for them to forget the customers they had people coming in carrying out buckets and buckets and buckets of chicken and totally forgot about our order and all the baked chicken was gone we were highly pissed about that we didn't get our money back didn't get a discount or they didn't any offer us anything due to the fact that we had to wait and he served all the chicken a

Every time my family and I have been there in the last three years there is either something missing or something wrong. Tonight I went there for an order of there three gravies and I was told they don’t sell those anymore as it is still advertised. Their crew is lazy, they have false advertisement, and they don’t care about their customers at any means. My family loved/loves KFC until we moved to Barnwell. They have made us to where KFC is off of the dinner menu and when we do still go there we’re still never pleased. I’ve worked KFC and has worked with the public for over 25 years and I would do the best I could to make every customer happy and this place seems to make every customer disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend going to this KFC by any means.

The staff was super friendly. The food was hot & fresh. The restroom & dining area was clean & appeared to be recently updated. 10 out of 10

They forgot one of my coleslaw, but replaced it without issue. Food was on par. Best KFC around.

OK, I am not sure, but I am willing to say because of my earlier experience with KFC, this is chicken, 100% chicken, but this isn't 100% Kentucky Fried Chicken, no wings about it... not even close, the texture of the skin and the flavor of the seasons in the flower after being cooked , was just [NOT] there period. Back in the day, 1965 - 67. I worked in the very first Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in the state of South Carolina, when you had to mix the chicken in milk and then battered it in the 9 different seasons, cook them in pressure cooking pots, where the seasons were cooked into the meat. They must have used Pillsbury flower for batter, and the chicken was slightly bloody next to the bone... this was not KFC, no way near!
