Red Hill Grill

A cozy little diner in downtown Barnwell. I had the Sweetwater, a dressed up club sandwich with sundried tomato pesto. Delicious and big enough for 2. When the server brought it out, I said "that's huge!" She immediately gave me a to go box. I'll definitely be back!

Our family visited Red Hill Grill for the first time around 7pm on a Saturday, and we were so impressed! The atmosphere was peaceful, fun, and inviting. We loved the history displayed on the walls, and the branding was such a cool touch — it felt like stepping back in time with a modern twist. Most importantly, the food was absolutely great! Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was full of genuine Southern charm, which made the experience even better. This is a wonderful business, and we can’t wait to bring our family and friends here when they come into town! Easily made its way to our new favorite spot ❤️

The food was amazing, service was not. They had one guy waiting on everyone and making shakes, taking all orders, cleaning tables, during lunch time and this is too much for one person. I had the soup of the day and the cuban sandwich, both were very good. The soup was a black eyed pea, pork, corn and spinach. The cornbread roll was like Mom makes.

The service here was absolutely amazing and the food was even better!!! It was HOT and FRESH!!! It wasn’t a long wait and absolutely worth it!! 10/10 definitely recommend!! The Coffee wasn’t the best but the Sweet potato maple bacon biscuit was TO DIE FOR!!! 😮‍💨🫠🤤🤤🤤

The Red Hill Grill is fantastic. Great food made fresh to order. Brunch AND dinner were equally tasty! The people here were so nice. They are welcoming and friendly. The Ranch Rebels wall makes for a fun niche thing to set them apart! And the drinks are served in character glasses from my childhood!!!! I can’t wait to come back to town just to eat here and visit with the locals.
