KFC

Tried to grab a meal at the Bardstown KFC today and went through the drive-thru. I noticed that there were no cars at the window, but a line of cars waiting to order. I thought it would go quickly since the parking lot wasn’t that full. So, I got in line. 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 15 minutes, 20… no one seemed to be working drive thru, so I gave up and left. I pulled up by the car at the order screen… asked if anyone had asked to take her order, she said no and shrugged her shoulders but continued to wait. This is unacceptable service. If your restaurant is open, then your employees should be taking orders. Lost business and I won’t be back.

Ordered a simple spicy famous bowl. Received an absolute mess with next to no potatoes. The employees rushed us away after basically throwing our change and said food at us. Couldn't even finish eating it.

I stopped by KFC to eat in and waited about 30 minutes before my food was ready. The food itself was hot, fresh, and tasted great once it finally arrived, but the wait was way too long — especially since no one offered an apology or anything to make up for the delay. The staff didn’t seem very concerned about the inconvenience, which was disappointing. Overall, good food, but the service definitely needs improvement.

Our order was not completed. We had went through the drive thru so I had to go in to get my wedges that come with the meals. The food had an off taste to it today.

Food was great at kfc Bardstown. My order was correct, hot and fresh. I will return to this store. Store is very nice and staff is all smiles!
