TALK ABOUT AMAZING SERVICE!!!! This particular KFC blows me away every time because not only is my order always correct but it is delivered with fast and friendly service! The crew is always a delight and they do amazing at their jobs and they make me feel welcomed to come back every time! If you want great customer service- this is a great place to dine in or carry out! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ordered the twister today from KFC. The lady on the intercom taking my order was very polite and laser focused. It took less than 5 minutes for my food which tasted fresh. Also, the young lady at the register was very sweet!! Thank you for my dinner today!!! Shall come back!!!

I rarely come here because I’ve never had a good experience. & it just keeps getting worse & worse. It’s sad cause God love ‘em several employees give it there all but are obviously lacking a supportive management team. I can name 7 things that the right leadership would improve right away. Including the food quality.

Food was fresh and service was amazing. Allison was an amazing communicator and cashier she was fast and friendly she was really sweet. The store was clean and not sloppy what so ever the counters actually sparkled Terrance the manager was super sweet and friendly.

Shout out to Anna Illinois KFC-Taco Bell!! Store was Clean, Food was on point! - I had steak quesadilla and my husband had 2 piece dark meal- food was Very Good!! Keep up the Excellent Work Terrence Boyd and all his staff members!!!!!!!
