KFC

Made an online order. They marked it as done and was told it would be another 30mins to an hour after my pickup time. So I'm not able to get a refund through KFC customer because they marked it done. Manager on duty at time is very rude. I was very nice and said okay can I just cancel my order and the manager was very rude and said I would have to understand they are busy and they can't cancel it there.

With the cost of food going up, just want to make sure you're getting what you're paying for - Chicken Pot Pies have been the cold weather favorite for our family. Started noticing this in December - pie tins are dented inward limiting the volume, 12/02, 12/09, and was true again today 12/20. Sadly, be warned.

My wedges were cold and rubbery and why you got a bunch of kids running the place with poor food service quality and no one is cleaning the lobby or the bathrooms

Took about two and a half minutes the is place trashy the food is good

If you plan to dine-in... Plan on waiting 15 minutes before you get your food from THE SLOWEST serving Staff behind the counter. If they were any Slower, you would grow cobwebs waiting to get your food...!!
