Horrible! I placed an online order they didn’t have pot pies, could not refund me because they don’t have anything to do with online orders. Then I am waiting for my 6 piece that should have been done and the guy comes out and says that they do not have two legs that go with my order. They said that they can give me crispy or a different piece of chicken. Mind you I waited 5 minutes at the counter to get helped and then they had not even started my order! I will not be back to this location! Floor was nasty with trash all over and the staff were not well groomed. Dude had a full beard and no beard cover on!

Ordered an 8pc family meal. Had to repeat it twice as if the cashier had never heard of it. Then when reading back the sides I ordered, she tentatively offered "coleslaw and gravy"? I repeated 'No. Mashed potatoes with gravy, and coleslaw." Now I am fearfully waiting in the parking lot because they are out of the biscuits and the cashier said it would be 15 minutes to make them. I am fairly sure the rest of the food will be cold by then.

We order at the drive thrue tonight and the girl keep rushing us to order and when we pulled to the window we see she’s on her celphone she more interested in her celphone than the customer.and even she forgot to give our drink never go to this place again it’s aweful and the food was cold

They absolutely pounded my chicken with bbq sauce. I wouldn’t be that mad if the sauce was better but it’s bad sauce. They gave me the bbq basher do not recommended the honey bbq chicken sandwich

Best fried chicken we had in years. Everything was super hot and freshly made. Drive thru was busy but flying out. We ate inside which was nice bc we had the place to our selves.
