I wish 0 stars was an option. Limited availability for delivery schedule, showed up without the tools necessary to assemble the furniture, had to go get them from a friend 20 minutes away, they stood there complaining about not having instructions, while 2 girls assembled it. They did manage to attach the mirror to the back of the dresser, which they broke. Getting a new one delivered again posed scheduling issues, they told me last week I was on for this past Friday, took off of work to be there, called to confirm on Wednesday, and then they told me Tuesday of next week. I asked the rep why that happened and she said she would call me back in a few minutes. That never happened, I called back Thursday and fortunately got the same rep and was again told she would call me back in an hour. Re

I have L&L Outdoor Visions and I sell Poly Furniture and Live Edge tables. I have used Keystone Transport a few times now. The driver Austin was so nice and polite. He was on time and completed the delivery perfectly.
