Kettering Health Englewood Health Center

Everyone was friendly and polite! Dr. Sam Long is a great doctor and I’m glad she’s my new PCP. The lab tech was very sweet and gentle. I’m afraid of needles, and have small veins, and her calming presence helped me to stay calm.

Front desk staff is very friendly and professional. The Doctor we see is very informative and listens to concerns. The nurse is super nice and welcoming. A very clean place with large waiting area, nicely decorated & arranged atmosphere. Has to get 2 blood draws here as well & Tiffany the hematologist was absolutely wonderful. Nothing but kind things to report about this health center :)

The staff has been consistently professional and friendly. They have always been helpful and cooperative whether I need a same-day appointment or schedule a future appointment. I really appreciate them having the lab in the building.

My family sees Dr. Foster, when we first signed up to be his patients we were able to schedule appointments with him over the phone for routine things, however in the last few months they switched his schedule to only same day appointments, which makes it mostly impossible to get in to see him. I think he is a good doctor, but the appointment system is unacceptable, we are looking for a new family doctor where we don't have to call at 7:30am seeking an appointment the same day since they won't schedule an appointment for any other day - it has to be a same day appointment now, if you call them :( We are very UNHAPPY with Kettering! My daughter got a sports injury last night, and I had asked if someone could see her to order an x-ray and I was told he isn't in on Thursday's and they cannot

Worst experience ever! The staff is nice and the practice is clean BUT if you get Dr. Zechiel you are in for a treat. Seems interested and knowledgeable however, doesn’t pay attention to information on your chart. She will prescribe (or try to) medications that are on your “do not give” list. She will not try to gather the information from various tests to come up with a potential solution instead will try to redirect you to other specialists. If you decide that you prefer a different doctor/option within the practice they will deny it claiming it is against their policy (untrue!). You will he forced out of the practice whether you like it or not. I would stay away!! Find a more knowledgeable physician! Highly disgusted from the treatment I have received from this practice!
