I am disappointed in this accounting firm. I ended up there because my CPA was acquired by Kersey. He has since retired. Now, I receive almost no personal contact. I have never met my assigned accountant. Most of client work is done by subordinates. I emailed "my CPA," to be advised that a different CPA would be overseeing my account. In response to my query concerning my 2024 return, she replied: "I do believe" that the 2024 balance due and 2025 estimates are correct. Good grief! I just paid a heavy $800 fee for the completion of my 2024 return. I am definitely moving on! I have no confidence in this firm!

If I could give this company a zero star I would. Number one they typed up a letter for me about my mother's estate this letter was typed on October 31st 2023. Apparently they gave this letter to my brother so that he could mail it to me. My address is on the letterhead. He mailed it the same day that he received the letter. It was postmarked on 22nd of february 2024. That is correct it took 5 months for them to find my brother who lives in Warren. It was about a schedule K1 for the year 2022. This form was supposed to be filled out for 2023 taxs.So if you use this company I will check on them every day to find out where your paperwork is.

Every year, my taxes are never done on time. Here it is, April 14th and they're still NOT done. Although they have 16 full time accountants and raised their fee to $450, they STILL don't get your taxes done! Grrr!

Called them because I wanted to use a local firm and they were recommended to me. While being given a quote by a manager was offensive and demeaning. Reminded me how large their operations were and how I’d be better off going to H&R Block... there is a nice was to say thing Jim. You should look into that. Apparently if you are not a big company they are not interested in talking to you. Guess shopping local doesn’t count in accounting and taxes...
