Liberty Street Lunch

The food was excellent ! I gave the atmosphere a 3 not necessarily because something was wrong, I'm just not quite sure how I feel about the seating just in the hallway of a building with other businesses. They had the best little pickles I've probably ever had, the pork belly Ramen bowl was very good and the portobello melt was amazing except one side didn't have a single piece of mushroom on it😭. Will definitely stop again.

Location is in the hall of a building, with bar chairs and a few dining table. The menu has asian inspiration and is quite appealing. I got the ramen bowl with shiitake mushrooms and it was good (the noodles were great, egg could use one or two less minutes of boiling). I would have preferred a bowl over the recyclable cup but I can see the benefit of recycling. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was there at 11am and towards 11:30am it was getting busy! A nice option in the area

Absolutely love this restaurant & the people who work here. I eat here at least once a week and can never get enough. I am obsessed with the pork belly ramen but have tried several other things and it always exceeds my expectations. This is most definitely the best restaurant in Warren and I think, the best I’ve had in PA. The chefs are so thoughtful & are constantly upgrading their menu. 10 out of 10 stars!

Everything was good. The seafood cigars reminded me of crab Rangoon, but with a nice light crispy crust. The ramen wasn’t bad, I’d like a softer egg and it would be better if it came in a real bowl instead of a paper bowl, and it was a little greasy. I’ll definitely be back, I’d like to try more items.

I’m usually busy during the time of day that they are open and I have been wanting to come here for a long time, but finally had a chance and it has exceeded my high expectations. I’m already planning to get my next meal here. I highly recommend the “Pork Belly Grilled Cheese”. Sadly I’m gluten sensitive, but they were able to make the dish over fries and I can’t stop thinking about it. The chef and staff are extremely friendly. They also support local, so support this delicious business.
