Great BBQ, and the slice turkey is veryit's not something you typically order at a barbecue place. And the spicy Mac and cheese is not that spicy. My grandson liked it...
Deeeeeelicious ! Absolutely one of my favorite BBQ spots 💪🏽😁🩵🤩🤩 the people here are great and the atmosphere is fabulous 🤩 Gotta try the brisket here and don't miss out on their nachos 😱😄😋😋😋
Kenjoes has to be the best BBQ we’ve had. We have yet to order something we haven’t liked…and subsequently devoured. I wanted to make a review to thank the staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and well cared for. We came in about an hour from close, but they didn’t rush us nor make us feel like we were a bother. It meant a lot because we were short on time for grabbing dinner after a late night at work. We are so thankful for this wonderful restaurant—for the delicious food they serve and the wonderful customer service.
First thing I have to say is the staff was extremely friendly so that definitely made a difference to my rating. The brisket grilled cheese and Texas Twinkie were very good. My only issue would have to be the peach cobbler. It is just completely mushy and does not really have a good taste to it.
This place really disappointed me. First off when you walk in the menu is super tiny and you have to stand in line to eventually get to see it. They have a disclaimer about beef prices varying but I wasn't expecting the 9$ chopped beef sandwich on the menu turning out to be almost 12$ al a carte. Their competitor Wild West BBQ not only gives a deal on Mondays for the same sandwich (thats bigger and actually gets chopped per order for 9$) but also offers a side and a drink. I'd recommend Kenjos do this themselves but the actual product being prechopped and soaked in BBQ as it sat in a warming tray was a complete turn off after learning the real price.... they probably should have stayed in Brazoria 🥴 I might change my review if they do something extra like a deal but until then quality and
