A solid 4-star place … Irish pub personified! No Irish music, but awesome ambiance and great Irish food. Tip … stick with the Irish specials on the menu, that’s where the gold at the end of the rainbow is to be found! Service is stellar! We had lunch and a dinner there, both were very good! Scotch Eggs …. good here! Shepard’s Pie… to die for! Fish and chips, equally good! The Irish nachos are a “must have” … get the 1/2 order, it’s huge unless you’re feeding an army! Steak just OK! Fried shrimp… just OK. Good place just hang and eat, recommend Kelly’s!

This place gets a lot of local patrons. Good beer menu at reasonable prices. The Scotch Eggs were done well. For the fish and chips, I found the fish to be over cooked and chewy. The wedge fries were well cooked but needed salt.

Hands down the coldest coors light bottles on the island. The only reason I ranked food a 3 is it’s mostly fried stuff. It’s good, just I’m more of a fancy seafood guy when on SPI. Atmosphere is a 5. Lots of northern corn belt farmers here that I’ve met over the years.

We went to Kelly’s after a disappointing experience at another place nearby, and it totally turned our night around. The food was amazing and the ambience was great too. It’s a bar, but since we’d already had drinks earlier, we just ordered food and were really impressed. Big shoutout to the female bartender/server who took care of us. She was super friendly, checked in multiple times, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service made the experience even better. Definitely recommend this spot!!

Our party of 4 arrived just as they opened on an extra busy day on the island, even before some of the staff had arrived. The lone server/waiter/bartender had everything under control. Our food was excellent. 1 Scotch egg brunch, 2 shepherds pie specials, and a fish&chips arrived soon after the the other 2 staff members, and the Guinness was poured perfectly. We were there a little over an hour and definitely put this one on our favorites list. The place isn't big, and it IS definitely a pub.
