Amazingly fresh. We saw them fill up new proteins right in front of us. You pick what flavor/toppings you want of ceviche - and it’s made right in front of you. My mouth was watering. Pro-tip - be prepared to take food to go - as it’s served that way. The pokè restaurant next door is owned by the same person - so you can sit over there and eat - if there’s room. There is a single table to eat outside.

Service can vary a little depending on who’s behind the counter, but overall I’ve always had a good experience here. Definitely a must-try spot if you love fresh seafood and light, flavorful meals!

OMG, the Classic salad is what I had with black olives, capers, fish, shrimp, pineapples, avocado, cilantro, onions, sushi, salt/pepper to taste and lime juice and to top it off with some sushi grade tuna. Sooooooo delicious!! And the gentleman that served us so amazing and sweet! Thank you for making our first time an easy one! We will for sure return again. This is a must stop 🥰

I was on the island for the Labor Day weekend and ceviche was on my menu. This was very good. I like that you were able to pick your toppings and they cut it and mix it right there in front of you. The only thing that was a downfall it was extremely hot in there It needs a better cooling fan system, especially since you’re waiting patiently because each order is made to order. There were only Two female employees definitely nothing bad to say about them. They were working hard in as fast as they could for each order, but maybe another employee could’ve really helped move this line faster.

This place is a total tourist trap. If you’re just looking for a fruit or veggie salad with “some” shrimp, it might seem like the go-to spot—but that’s about it. The cleanliness here is seriously lacking. The prep surfaces looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in ages—definitely not up to food safety standards. Cross-contamination seemed inevitable. In the 20 minutes I waited to order, I watched the girl behind the counter eat and drink without washing her hands once. Then a guy took out the trash while wearing gloves, came back in, swapped gloves without washing his hands, and immediately started prepping food. Everything about the space felt unsanitary.
