Arguably the best BBQ spot in PNW! If I could give it 6 stars I would. Hospitality is A+. Old school owners know what they are making and honestly this place needs to be put on the map. Burnt ends are the Tuesday special 10/10 & the Mac is dangerous!

Hi everyone! We stopped at this BBQ’s place the other day and this was our experience. The servers were very friendly and answered all the questions about the menu. The food was great, I had the Cowboy trio and my favorite meat was the chicken! The cowboy beans were tasty…be prepared because they’re sweet, and the cornbread was very good as well. Recommended!

Wow! I’m impressed, this place has amazing pulled pork and ribs, and the spicy beans are flavorful and pretty amazing. Very friendly staff and quick service. I’m dairy-free and gluten-free, and this place accommodated those allergies. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with a lettuce wrap, no bun, and it was just the ticket. My daughter ordered the ribs and spicy cornbread and loved it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kelly’s BBQ & Catering The Only 5-Star BBQ in Washington I’m always hunting for real 5-star BBQ, and Kelly’s delivered. The Burnt Ends Special was worth the 80-mile drive. My wife ordered the brisket and mac n’ cheese and didn’t share—enough said. Most BBQ spots fall into two camps: huge, sauce-drenched 1-star plates, or smaller but quality 3.5-star joints. Only a few in the entire state deserve 4 stars. As that fifth star is earned, and Kelly’s earns it because they do what no BBQ place I have visited can: they make great beans. I judge BBQ on meat first and beans second, Because if you can’t make great beans—or don’t care. It shows a lack of respect. Incredible ribs, decent brisket (a little dry), and excellent mac and cheese. The spicy BBQ sauce was perfectly spicy, sweet, and smokey. A bit expensive. 5 slices of brisket with a side of mac and cheese, plus a half rack of ribs ran me $42 before tip. Very friendly service and convenient drive thru.
