Keegan's Public House

This is a nice place to eat! The location is good, the food is good and they have different things going on during the week like bingo and live music. Today my food took really long to come out. They said it was because I asked for well done Salmon but as you can see in the pictures that could not have been the reason. It was not well done but it was good. Our server was great and all in all it was a good experience. The Irish spring rolls are a must have appetizer. They have high table seating, booths, bar seats and a private dining room. Highly recommend if you find yourself in the Woodstock Area.

Our first time at this location. The staff were kind and attentive, their service timely. The Irish Spring rolls were fantastic, as usual. I had a strawberry fields salad with chicken which was ok. My husband ordered a game day brats on a hogie bun and it was basically just a hotdog bun, which surprised him. He'll probably stick with the Shepherd's Pie next time. Loved the game day vibe they had going!

I was in Woodstock for Date Night and was excited to try out a new location. After searching on Yelp I decided on Keegan’s. Pulling into the parking lot I was excited to see that there was ample parking. The restaurant sits right off of the main road which makes it easy to find. As we walked in, the hostess was at the hostess stand and met us with a smile. She welcomed us in and quickly seated us (party of 2). Once seated I was excited at how diverse the menu is. There is literally something for and food desire. Within minutes of being seated the waiter arrived at the table, welcomed us to Keegan’s and took our drink order. We have been here a few times. Each time was a little less impressive. After this visit I can say we will never be back! The hostess/waitress was lacking in greeting skills, serving skills and had zero personality. The grouper sandwich was greasy and too much batter, the onion rings tasted like they came from a frozen pre-packaged bag. The salad was worse than any fast food place. We will never be back! I read the response about my review. We enjoy each other's company that is the reason we made the best of the lunch and tried to enjoy ourselves. We tipped a generous amount (for our experience) because at least the hostess/waitress was working for a living!

Well six of us went for dinner on Wednesday night. Place was not very busy but busy enough. That show is still a very popular restaurant. PJ was our server tonight and he provided excellent service. Thank you very much. Everyone enjoyed their dinner as we had a bangers and mash chicken pot pie and chicken killed with broccoli. All the food was good, fresh and hot and came out relatively quickly paired to amount of people in the restaurant and being is the food was obviously cooked to order fresh. We enjoyed our dinners and we'll definitely come back in the future.
