Kebab Skewer

I was walking up to go to grab a slice of pizza when I saw Kebab Skewer and decided to give it a try. The food is fantastic. All of the meats are seasoned and cooked excellently and the hummus is the best I've had in the area. The manager and the rest of the staff have always been very friendly and polite. Highly recommend

My wife and I had a lovely lunch at Kebab Skewer, we picked this place for Halal Mediterranean Dishes. We shared the chicken shawarma platter and got a lamb kebab on the side. Everything was absolutely delicious. I asked for spicy red sauce and that was wonderful as well. There were a few parties eating when we came in, we ordered at the counter and then picked an open table. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I stopped in for lunch on a whim—I was actually heading to another restaurant in the same shopping center when I saw this place and decided to give it a try. The restaurant looked clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the falafel salad, which was decent but not particularly impressive. The falafel pieces were generously sized and cooked well, though a bit too salty for my taste. The rest of the salad was mostly iceberg lettuce. I will probably be coming back to try other items on the menu, but I probably wouldn’t order the falafel salad again.

This spot is solid. If you’re looking for food that’s delicious, fresh, and won’t make you question your life choices afterward, this is the place. The quality and portions are excellent—no skimpy skewers, no mystery meat. It genuinely reminds me of the Persian and Afghani kebab shops in Northern Virginia that know their way around a charcoal grill. Everything tastes clean, well-seasoned, and cooked with intention. A couple of small suggestions (because nothing is perfect): I’d love to see a wider variety of sauces for the kebabs, and personally, I’d prefer a larger piece of taftoon bread instead of the pita slices. That said—credit where it’s due—the pita tastes fresh and not like it was pulled straight from a plastic bag, which already puts them ahead of most places. Bottom line: this

Had this catered for our office and it was fantastic. I actually didn’t realize this resturant was in Cary. The food traveled extremely well. I ordered the Gyro Platter, Stuff Grape Leaves, and an Onion/Tomato Skewer. The meat was flavorful and there was a good amount that came to the order. The tzatziki, pita, and salad were all delicious and tasty very fresh. The Stuffed Grape Leaves were fantastic and will definitely be ordered again. I’ll be back soon to try more from the menu!
