KC Craft Ramen

Always a phenomenal experience! Lunch is a little different than dinner service but very easy to navigate. Great selection and the staff all greet you in Japanese. They have very cool little kitschy things scattered around the whole restaurant that ypu can purchase. They have enough of a variety that pretty much anyone can find something. Also, you have to try the calamari, its sooooo good! And they don't balk at modifications which is amazing! We come here often and will absolutely continue to do so!

We attended a recent pop-up event at KC Craft Ramen and were very pleased with the experience. It was more than just a meal! It was an experience from the minute we walked in the front door! Customers are greeted loudly and cheerfully by the entire staff. Every one of the wait staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was phenomenal. The goodies store in the front of the shop is fascinating. I could have spent an hour in there! We even met the chef who was on the floor making sure every one was happy with their food. And as we left the staff again thanked us and welcomed us back soon. What a fun and delicious meal. We can’t wait to go back again.

KC Craft Ramen is busy and for a good reason. This place gets PACKED, so checking in online while you’re on the way is the move. It puts you in a digital line and helps cut down the wait. Once you arrive, there may still be people waiting depending on the time of day. Guests are asked to wait outside, which helps keep the entry clear. When your table is ready, make your way through the crowd and let the host know, otherwise they may seat others who step up first. The food absolutely delivers. It is beautiful inside. And very busy! You can tell that there is so much love and care poured into the food just from watching other customers eat. The bun was so crispy and absolutely delicious. The takoyaki Was also very good. You can tell the octopus they put inside is very fresh! I got the KC red with extra pepper paste and oh my goodness was it spicy! But it was such a good spice. I will definitely be back!
