Kawa Sushi House

Food was fantastic, we all ordered sushi. Now, there was 6 of us and there was only 1 other table, but our food took over 45 minutes to come out. It's was great sushi but took a long while to get.

The o ly downside is this place is rather small and a little tight fitting. It felt very much like a similar restaurant in Sapporo Japan ii went to years ago.

I read the reviews before going and saw that people had waited a long time for their food. They had responded to the review saying they were busy making door dash orders. Decided to try it anyway. Made a reservation since it was valentine's day. Got there at 7pm, ordered, and got our food just before 8. Watched many dashers come and go. I completely understand having to do your other orders but when you have people in your dining room, that made the effort to come to your place of business, you give them priority. We will not be returning which is unfortunate as the food was actually pretty good, pricey but good.

The staff was friendly, the location is good and the actual restaurant itself was inviting. We were immediately seated and the food came out in a good amount of time. Three rolls, miso soup and a small salad for $18.95 is a pretty good price. The only issue I had was with the miso soup because I thought it had a small amount of tofu and large (I believe) seaweed pieces. Other than that, no issues and will be going again sometime.
