Katie's Pizza

Have ordered many pizzas over the years and although our order is occasionally wrong I haven't complained or made an issue. Wednesday I ordered 2 pizzas and neither had pepperoni which I paid for on my order using the Door Dash app. I called and told them what had happened and asked them if they could make one pizza for us the way we ordered it and we would pick it up...they said call Door Dash, I replied..you made the pizza not them...I was put on hold while he discussed with the manager...she said they weren't going to do anything. I said, you acknowledged we did not get the pepperoni on either pizza and you received payment for it yet you are not going to do anything to make it right? He said that is what the manager said. Katie‘s pizza is the best. Hands-down. My favorite of all Pizza in Gahanna. Friendly customer service and cool drivers. Never had a bad pie from here. Highly recommend.

We've order from Katie's for many years. The problem is the service. Over the course of those years, every now and than pizza maybe not be exactly how it should have been. But we understand nothing is perfect. But when the manager won't address a complaint about bad service from Katie's employees thats a problem. It shows you they dont care about the customers who pay your bills. That's not how a business should be run. By the way I have personality been involved with Ownership, Management and Training of pizza shops. I have own several other business. And fully understand the complexity of that industry and business in general. It was so good I have a $75 tip! Just kidding! The pizza was amazing but I accidentally tipped too much and they provided me with a refund, that was really nice of them I definitely recommend local family owned pizza like here

Whoever the older guy is who works at Katie’s is unkind and flat out rude. I was genuinely curious if he had just had a bad day but after reading other reviews I can see this is clearly not the case, the guy is just weird. Lost a loyal customer… is it that hard to be kind?
