This place is over the top! So much to choose from, and everyone at our table hade fabulously delicious food! Highly recommended!!! Excellent food! Strong drinks! Great atmosphere! Spectacular service!

I’m writing regarding an experience my family had at your restaurant this evening that left us extremely disappointed. My husband and I dine there twice a week for happy hour. We are consistent customers, spend a significant amount during our visits, and always tip above 20% because we value good service and want to support the staff. Tonight we brought my mother with us. She has been on disability for years and is currently recovering from a fractured hip and fractured leg. Mobility is extremely difficult for her. We requested to sit at one of the three tables that are typically used for happy hour during the week because they were the most accessible for her condition. Stop by Kashi in Huntington and celebrate the holiday season with their delicious Oyster Fest along with amazing Japanese food. Fresh fresh fresh is the key and that is what Kashi delivers. They have east coast oysters at a dollar each and west coast oysters for only two quarters more! Kashi Huntington has a clean and cozy environment with very friendly and attentive staffs. Sit by the booth and lower the curtains for more privacy. Order a nice bottle of sake to pair with oysters and appetizers. Each dish looks as good as it tastes. How can you forget about sushi and sashimi? Order a set and your taste buds will tell you it’s fresh!

Excellent sushi, fresh oysters, and wonderful staff. Extremely attentive and kind people. Definitely made our night on Christmas Eve! Will absolutely be back, a new favorite spot for us.

Kashi has been my favorite sushi restaurant since they opened in 2011. Amazing food, quality, staff and vibes! It's more than just a restaurant, it is an experience. They offer complimentary sake bombs and the music is great. So many amazing food items but my favorites are the grilled oysters, kani salad, kashi king roll, tuna crispy rice, basil filet mignon and tuna pringles. Also, it's not on the menu but "Wilson fried rice" is so good, it's chicken steak and shrimp with a little spice. Definitely make reservations on weekends and Thursday nights. Plan to get there early to find parking. Kashi is the best, you will not be disappointed.
