Had a fantastic first visit to Redefine Meals in Huntington, where Siavash provided truly personalized guidance on picking the right pre-packed meals. The meals are beautifully prepared, macro-tracked for protein and nutrition, and super affordable—perfect for my fitness routine. Tried the beef lo mein as my intro dish: huge portion loaded with over 40g of protein, tasting fresh and satisfying without any junk. Much needed healthy option in the town. Meals are very tasty and well portioned. I got the chicken chilli which is low carb!

Love this place. Great selection of premade meal and makes it easy to hit protein goals. Hours are also so convenient to pick up meals after work when you dont want to cook. Service is always helpful!

10/10. Love coming here for meal prepping. I don’t have a lot of time during the week and the food here is fresh and reliable. Specifically the Huntington location was so helpful that the guy helping me went back and assisted me in picking longer expiration dates for 13 meals. Thank you!
