Karina's Mexican Restaurant and Taqueria

Had lunch with a friend, and honestly part of the reason I chose this place was that they bring a little bowl of queso along with the salsa. The queso was delicious, as was the rest of the food. Enchiladas were a bit saltier than I prefer, but that helps me remember to hydrate. My friend and I actually stayed for a few hours, talking about philosophy, religion and the Big Questions of the Universe. It was nice and quiet, great atmosphere and the service was delightful. I'll definitely be back! Got a few tacos and an enchilada, plus the queso, salsa and chips provided. Would recommend all of it, especially whatever the red-ish meat was.

The food was fresh, the enchiladas were delicious and the street tacos were good as well. Staff was friendly and attentive.

I recently came here with my grandma, and it was a wonderful experience! The tortilla soup was delicious, and the trio fajitas were amazing. The service was exceptional and the revamped atmosphere added to the charm of the place. Definitely worth checking out for anyone looking for delicious food in Sherman!

Rating of 5 stars is not high enough! This is, without a doubt, one of the best places to get authentic Mexican food! The enchiladas are absolutely amazing and the chili relleno cannot be beat. The service is outstanding every time and the prices are very generous compared to most other competitors in the area or remote. If you are in the area and looking for authentic, do yourself a favor and take your business to Karinas!

First time at Karina's. The service was prompt. The selection of salsas were good: a cold mild, hot spicey, and a queso. They offer the lunch menu on the weekends, which was nice. We had the chili renello with chicken and chicken fajitas. The chicken fajitas was a little over-cooked, but flavorful. There are no alcoholic available. The flan was ok.
