Kanoon Smoked Meat Restaurant NY

One of the best restaurants I've ever went to in a while! The atmosphere was so cozy. I ordered ahead and wasn't planning on eating there which is why you'll see my food in the foil. Because it was to go. My GOD the meat was moist, juicy and tender. I had their mixed grill. Hands down won me over and price was justified. The lady who helped me was super nice and even gave me a free water bottle. Please go there if you want real authentic middle Eastern meat. The salad was perfection. Bathrooms were clean.

Great BBQ spot! The brisket was absolutely phenomenal - perfectly smoked with a beautiful bark and incredibly tender. Melted in my mouth with amazing smoky flavor. The food quality is top-notch. Service was decent but could be a bit more attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual BBQ meal. Highly recommend trying the brisket!

Staff Zaid, was pleasant and informative. He paid attention when I placed my order so my falafel was perfect. Nice roomy atmosphere and great menu selection. Great place for a date or afternoon meeting.

Enjoyed every bite of everything we ordered. A true feast for the eyes and mouth. Had the eggplant, hummus, smoked chicken wings, special fries and hot mixed platter for appetizers followed by a grilled chicken tabbouleh salad and four (4) different smoked meats consisting of beef and lamb that was truly tender and fell off the bone. Loved their smoked rice too. With an awesome staff that greet you and treat you like family - it truly was a delicious and memorable experience for the entire family.

I want to start by mentioning that KANOON offers Halal food, allowing everyone to dine there comfortably. I have visited twice in a short period, and the food is incredible. During my first visit, I had the lamb shanks, and on my second visit, I enjoyed the lamb neck. I even took home some lamb shoulder because I really love lamb, which is why I find the food so amazing. My wife ordered the beef brisket on both occasions, and I shared some with her each time. We also ordered a variety of appetizers, and everything we tried was fantastic.
