Customer Reviews
Everytime I come here the food and service is amazing. All the abura soba ramen’s are tasty! I’ve been here 2x in a matter of 3 days lol. Definitely a long lasting customer :)
Love it here! We usually get their karaage and wings for appetizers. I love their aburasoba (soupless noodles) and I always get The Original (chashu pork) with some corn and poached egg as add-ons. They also have curry chicken aburasoba as well as tonkatsu ramen, which are good as well. The only difficult part is parking. Also, make sure to get on the waitlist because they usually get really busy as soon as they open - best suited for smaller groups (2-5 people).
The spicy tonkotsu greatly exceeded my expectations. Almost everything was perfect. The tea was also excellent. Service was great, bathrooms were spacious and clean. Food came out fast. The only thing I can criticize is the chashu, which is the least commonly perfect, in my opinion. The fat was nearly melt in your mouth, but not quite there, and the lean portion was just a little dry. Still very good, just not quite perfect.
Some of the best noodles I’ve ever had! I came here with a group of 3 after reading the great reviews and visiting the Baltimore Museum of Art. We lucked out by coming on an early spring Sunday. There was a short wait for us to get a nice booth. We must have arrived around 2pm, and even though the restaurant’s lunch hours end at 3pm, we were not kicked out once 3pm arrived. We got to close out our meal uninterrupted (after paying of course) while the staff took their break between the lunch and dinner hours. I ordered the sukiyaki (sliced beef and onions) noodles and added a jammie egg, kimchi and cucumber. It was the most flavorful bowl of noodles ever! This ramen restaurant definitely lives among the top three I’ve ever eaten at. My only complaint is that they do not have a liquor licen
Kajiken is amazing! Everything I've eaten there has been delicious. It's fun for a night out, and it's also my go-to takeout place in the neighborhood.
