Foods okay I see they are doing what fast food restaurants a re doing less food higher prices they are really rude. I don't think I'm going back.The food is okay there's better places.

Places has decent food I’ve only recently started going here and i was only given ok customer service one time every other time I’ve felt rushed or spoken To very rude not sure why they are like this but not so friendly at Kai’s place

The service was great. The food however, was not. Our shrimp rolls were filled with mushy veggies and shrimp, the steamed dumpling filling was not good tasting at all, and the wrapping was super thick and doughy. My husband said his half chicken tasted weird, as if there was a spice that didn’t belong. Very unfortunate when you have a craving for something and the food ends up being disappointing at best.

The food is absolutely delicious and the pricing is great too! This is my go to place for dinner when I want something yummy, nutritious, and filling! The people running this restaurant are really great too, I love supporting such a warm and inviting restaurant

I didn’t go there but my dad did, he god a free soda, fortune cookies and the food was good, idk about atmosphere cause I never went inside except to talk to Ethan
