Customer Reviews
At under $200 a person, this is a great Omakase experience. Its easy to spend way more than that getting add ons in the form of additional sushi, but even without, its a decent amount of food for the price that won't leave you hungry. The sake paring is also a great value if you want to try different sakes and was also reasonably priced. I will definitely be back as it is one of the best Omakase experiences in town and as I said above, very reasonably priced.
What a fantastic experience! We went with the Yoroi course meal which included appetizer, sashimi, nigiri, roll, soup, and dessert. All of it was AMAZING. The lean tuna was butter, but the uni and ikura were the highlights for me- they were just the right level of salty, creamy, and sweet. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to dive into omakase for the first or hundredth time.
Kabuto Omakase is next-level excellence, start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the staff set the tone:warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You don’t feel rushed, you feel hosted. Big difference. The food? Absolute art. Every course was intentional, perfectly balanced, and executed with precision. Each bite somehow topped the last, and you can tell the chefs respect both the ingredients and the craft. This is not just a meal, it’s a full culinary experience. Do not skip the sake pairing. It elevated every course and tied the entire journey together. Thoughtfully curated, smooth, and perfectly matched, it’s a must-do if you want the full Kabuto experience. We are visiting from Washington, and this is the kind of place we will always come back for whenever w
This was last month and I had forgotten to leave a review. Everything was absolutely perfect. I came in solo for the omakase course and every piece was exactly what I was hoping for. My absolute favorite was the seared fatty tuna. Hands down one of the best bites I’ve ever had. The quality, execution, and overall experience were outstanding. I’ll definitely be back.
Kabuto is small hidden Omakase restaurant in a small strip mall surrounded by other asian restaurants. They finally got a sign put up now you can find the restaurant with no problem. There is about 6 or so seat up front and 4-5 small tables for groups. The ambiance here makes you feel like you're in a small town in Japan. Kabuto offers Omakase as well as a la carte items. Both times l've gone here we've chosen the Omakase and ordered al carte after the Omakase was done. Sushi is great not the best l've ever had but it's fresh and decent quality. Tad bit overpriced. Their dessert course was amazing! 100% recommend!
