Kabuki Romanza

The food is extremely over priced. I wouldn’t have minded if the food was worth it. The food had no flavor whatsoever I mean the veggies did (burnt). The ginger for hibachi was awful, the salad dressing, and even the soup weren’t satisfying. The chef didn’t even attempt a show he barely said 2 words to us. Not even a flip of a spatula. The server was nice but not very attentive. Definitely not worth the $100 dollars we spent for 2 people. I’m not a fan.

Hostess/ server was sweet. Cook was kinda big Ego like... food was very good.... it was my 1st time to eat Jap d Food. Loved the lightening/rain on boat experience... was a little on the warm side for me... so wair light shirt.

The food was fantastic. We had to ask our server for drinks and other things several times before they were brought to the table. The cook had very little personality and didn't look happy to be there. There was a bad mildew, musty smell from the rain shower about the ship.

Place got busy shortly after we arrived. Waited 20 minutes to give our drink orders after sitting. We gave appetizers and meal orders at this time. Another 20 before we ever received drinks. Food arrived approximately 1 hour after we sat down COLD. Shrimp, steak was extremely overcooked, dry and cool. Only warm thing on our plate was the veggies. We left 75% of our food because it was nasty and cold and we are visiting with no way to warm it up ourselves. 20% off the entire tab for the mess we dealt with. Left hungry. Would not recommend.

We’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Chefs are always very entertaining and the food is very very good, even when they’re slammed busy.
