Kabuki Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

We had a great experience! First of all when we walked in I loved the ambiance, it is inviting as well as calming and fun. The lighting and decor was beautiful! As well the menu had everything we wanted and the prices were shockingly great for the quality. Will definitely be coming here again!

We were excited to try Kabuki because it looks nice from the outside but unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite match the appearance. One of the windows was shattered and some of the plants were dead, which gave the place a bit of a neglected feel. It could really use some maintenance to match the impression it gives from the outside. The service was very attentive, maybe too attentive. Our server came by repeatedly, almost every minute, asking if we were ready to order, even though we were clearly still reading the extensive menu. It felt a little rushed and made it hard to settle in and decide. On the plus side, the food came out relatively quickly. The sushi was okay, not bad but definitely not the best I’ve had. Well, if you are to spend $40 a person compared to cheaper options in town, it better be really good! In my case it was a very good experience to be entertained by the cook in front of our group. The food tasted very good and we enjoyed ourselves. My wife enjoyed the gluten free menu options, that was helpful to avoid the gluten in the soy sauce. I had hibachi chicken and salmon. Both tasted great.

Our first time here was great! The food was delicious, and the place was unique and cool. Tons of menu options! Our server Cody was great at explaining the menu and options. We'll be back!

Took my wife here a little while back for her bday. My wife and I chose to sit in a booth by ourselves, and apparently that was a BIG mistake. After bringing us our food and drink, the waiter did not even try to make our time there good. The food was bland and rubbery, the waiter did not check on us literally a SINGLE time, like we got no refills or anything, and the bill was $120!!! Ofc we didn't tip because that's absurd! No service and it wasn't even busy. Will never go back nor can I ever recommend the place.
