Kabob Land

They need more workers in the parking lot, all that work on one employee is stressful. There's a line because there's only one worker in the parking lot. Food is great! Fresh to order. Waitress was the best. Food comes out fast. I will be there again.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced in the state of Georgia. Incredibly rude staff and even ruder owner. Here’s what happened: Some friends and I showed up for hookah and a round of drinks. There was a table on the patio Recieving full service. Indoors was full and we asked if we could get a table. A man in a button down shirt said we could have an available table on the patio. 5 seconds later a server walked over and said they could only serve us inside and not on the patio. While we were waiting we calmly asked for service at an available table on the patio as there was a group larger than ours already getting service on the patio. Food was average to OK. We ordered one kebab plate and two beers one for me and my friend. There were 6 to 8 waitresses and less than five Customer yet it took 30 minutes for them to even take the drink order. We waited another 30 minutes to order food. Once the bill came, we didn’t realize that the service fee is already included and the waitress never printed the bill upon tapping the card. I realize there’s only option for 3% 7% for 10% tip, which was highly unusual so I decided to at least tip 20% not realizing they have already charged me for the service fee. The waitress never told us and once I asked for the bill she said oh it’s can’t be printed it’s already done. Do not pay until you see a physical bill. This used to be my favorite restaurant, and their chicken kobede and mixed grill were my favorites. I went there after a long time with my friends and ordered the mixed grill. I don’t eat beef, so I asked the server if they could replace the beef with chicken. I usually order it that way and just add chicken kobede instead.However, the server said they don’t replace beef with chicken. So I asked her to cancel the order and decided to order chicken kobede as an add-on, but she then said it was not available. My question is: what about people who don’t eat beef? Don’t they have any other options?
