Stopped by this place and it didn’t disappoint! Heads up they do make everything fresh and so we waited about 20 min or so for our to go food. But it was amazing! The combo platter was definitely worth it. The lamb was tender and chicken was juicy, the beef was a bit dry for me. The rice, salad, and hummus were also great though I wish there was some type of tzatziki with it, felt a bit dry. The babaghanoosh was also great and a huge portion!
Amazingly delicious!!! Tried the chicken tekkah plate and the chicken was perfectly moist and so flavorful! The plate came with complimentary lentil soup which was also delicious and a wonderful surprise. You order your food and then you sit down. Food does take a little longer than usual as it is being cooked to order. You can see and hear the grill master at work! Give them a try when in the Tempe area! Parking is easy accessible.
We had a group of six with very different ages and tastes, and Kabizza was perfect for all of us. The food was fresh, flavorful, and had something for everyone—from the comfort warm soup to the delicious salads and Mediterranean dishes. The service was friendly and patient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Great spot for mixed groups and families, and for anyone who craves the amazing Syrian Cuisine. We’ll definitely be back!
We tried two types of kebabs at this restaurant, and they were honestly delicious. The Tekkah kebab was especially tasty, tender, flavorful, and some fatty pieces that were super delicious. The koobideh was clearly handmade, not machine-processed, and it was juicy and full of flavor. The rice, marinated with saffron and rosewater, was paired perfectly with the kebabs. The hummus and salad were nice side dishes as well. They welcomed us with a hot lentil soup, which was a thoughtful touch. The only thing I would mention is that if the restaurant’s atmosphere were a bit better, it honestly wouldn’t be any different from well known middle eastern restaurants in Az, the food quality is even better. Overall, we had a great experience, and it’s definitely worth trying.
We came for trying Mediterranean food that we weren't at our dinner time. The environment doesn't show good atmosphere. We waited for at least more than 30 minutes. However, the meals doesn't let us regret. They are delicious, and the restaurant offers some cheaper options.
