K-May has the best local donuts. I understand if you disagree, but thats probably because you've never been there. Go. Get a glazed ring donut. Let me know if it was the softest pillowey delight you've ever had in your mouth. And if youre into glazed old fashioned or apple fritters, they are the best here. Ive eaten a lot of donuts. And I mean A LOT. Side note, if you want the best fresh croissants, they also have you covered. Ive been to French fine dining and sorry to inform you, but these crossiants were better than that. I have been coming to this hole in the wall location for a long time. She makes my coffee perfect Everytime and the donuts are so fresh and soft ...makes dunkin donuts look bad especially the one near my home in Youngstown. The ham and cheese croissants are so good .

You can't judge a book by its cover. From the outside, this place may look rough and almost abandoned, similar to many businesses on Grand Avenue. However, if you don’t take the time to visit, you’ll regret missing the best donut experience! I visited the place on a weekend, right after the Sunday rush. When we arrived, there was only one other car in the parking lot. After reading several positive reviews, I was impressed and noted that it can get quite busy at times. I had to wait briefly for the customer ahead of me, but soon after, I ordered a variety of donuts, ham and cheese croissants, and boba smoothies. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent.

My breakfast plans around the corner didn't work out and I stumbled across Kmay. Thank you God for showing me this place. Everything taste do good. Great pricing also

Best donut I’ve had since moving to AZ! Yes it is a hole in the wall but they have A ratings from the health department posted everywhere. Hopefully the steady business allows them to renovate their interior, as it can distract from how delicious their food is. I hope this hidden gem becomes a local hot spot. I wish I got a better picture before I started eating my maple bar, it was perfect.
