J&V Restaurant Supply and Design

As a business owner, I know how challenging reviews can be so I do not take this lightly. We have had nothing but challenges with J&V. We opened a restaurant earlier this year and hired J&V to source and deliver all of our equipment. Unfortunately, several thousands of dollars worth of equipment didn't arrive at all and it took serval phone calls to track down. Unfortunately, the majority of our equipment arrived with dents and a several thousand dollar piece of equipment came rusty and bent - it was unusable. After a long back and forth, they finally sent a replacement (which also came rusty and bent). Our sinks came without screws to attach legs, it took three months to get our stand mixer which was somehow lost in their warehouse, and pans and tongs took several months to track down. I

Their address is wrong on Google and I tried to go to the other address and I can't find it and I can't get them to answer their phone so I will go find another supply store

Always impresses me when a company will recommend another company just to help
